JQ.YD65 is a flux-cored welding wire for powder surfacing of high alloy cast iron, which can be shielded with Ar 20%CO2, 100%CO2 or adopt self-shielding; There are fine cracks on the surface of surfacing weld bead due to stress release. The deposited metal structure is martensitic matrix carbon-boron composite compound, with high hardness up to about 65HRC, so it can't be machined and can only be polished by grinding wheel; It has excellent abrasive wear resistance and erosion resistance.
The product is applicable for surfacing welding to repair the equipment or components that bear sand abrasion in mining, tunnel excavation, construction, cement and other industries, such as drill bits, screw propellers, cement pump components, agricultural machinery tools, bucket teeth, etc.

1. The work piece shall be degreased and derusted before welding. 2. Before surfacing large work pieces, it should be properly preheated to about 300℃. 3. The humidity of welding wire warehouse should be kept below 60%. 4. Cracks on the bead surface can release part of welding stress, reduce work piece deformation and prevent spalling. In the free state, the cracks in the surfacing layer only exist in the wear-resistant layer and will not extend to the base metal.
